Class Notes

  • Competitive Boxing sessions are semi-coached and typically run 60 to 120 minutes, with groups often arriving at 5 PM and 7 PM.
  • Non-Competitive Boxing runs Tuesday and Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and is built for beginners who want boxing without sparring or stepping into the ring.
  • Little Sluggers is a fully coached 60-minute class for ages 4 to 7.
  • Personal Training with Rick Duff is by appointment.

Getting Started

New members get a free class, You do not need to be in shape before you start. Bring workout clothes, good shoes, and a water bottle.
